Ocean Beach Palace Hotel and Suites

Great setup, nice hotel to kick back and relax at. Someone did a great job at decorating rooms and bathrooms, also the outside game and chill area was awesome. Had a wonderful experience.

We had a canceled flight at Miami international and had to rebook our flight through Fort Lauderdale. Every single hotel in the entire Miami Metro area was full, but we got lucky and the Ocean Beach Club Hotel had available rooms. When we called, Viviana was super sweet and kind and sympathetic and told us our room would be waiting for us when we got there an hour later at 1 o'clock in the morning. She was a great relief on an otherwise dark night and she's a great credit to your hotel.

Erick has been wonderful. He accommodated us with five star performance and just went above and beyond for our needs with my wife and I. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and Erick has just been awesome. I really appreciate him and his service. Thank you!

I stayed at the hotel and it’s really nice. I was a whole weekend enjoying the jacuzzi and the good rooms. Totally recommend!!

The rooms are clean. It is a bit of a walk to the beach. What made this place awesome is Angela!! She was the best at the front desk. She was so busy, but it was always so kind, especially since I had to make some changes in the reservation and took a lot of her time!This would be 5 star if it was all to be based on her!!

The staff was lovely. They are going through some renovations otherwise I would have voted 5 stars. When the work is done, they will be stunning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was neat and clean.Location was awesome for a former beach hopper like me. About 6 to 8 minutes walk to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, and many restaurants. Two very nice pools. Again, I can't say enough about the staff being so accommodating to me during my last minute travel plans. The shuttle service they recommended to me was awesome. They made a stressful day so much easier for me.

nice place to stay,but wouldn't recommend no one there,on the day of my check out housekeeper knock n open door on me before 10am n check out is at 11am wake me up out of my sleep.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. The amenities were top-notch: the breakfast buffet had a great variety, the pool area was clean and relaxing, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I also appreciated the convenient location close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
